Bring a piece of timeless Danish luxury into your home with this vintage Royal Copenhagen cup and saucer set. It is the High Handle Cup & Saucer 24 CL, which retails for £115 if bought new today, though often out of stock. 

This set features the iconic Blue Fluted Plain (Musselmalet Riflet) pattern, Royal Copenhagen’s very first and most famous design created in 1775. Every delicate cobalt blue chrysanthemum and sweeping tendril is intricately hand-painted over a beautifully fluted white porcelain body.

This set is able to be dated to 1974, and is a certified factory first, featuring flawless, uncut blue wavy lines on the base indicating it passed Royal Copenhagen's notoriously strict quality inspections.

Excellent vintage condition. Pristine porcelain with a brilliant glaze, vivid cobalt blue detailing, and zero chips, cracks, or crazing. One minor mark on underside of saucer, as shown in the last image. Perfect for use, display, or gifting.
