Delivery & Returns

We only currently deliver to the United Kingdom. However, if you would like to enquire about international delivery, please contact us with your enquiry and we can consider on a case by case basis. 

Shipping rates will vary depending on whether express or standard service is selected, as well as the size and weight of the item. Standard shipping is £4, however our rates go up to £10, size and weight dependent. We offer free shipping for purchases £75 and over. All rates are viewable in the checkout page when selecting delivery. 

We use a variety of couriers depending on parcel size and address destination. Royal Mail is our preferred courier, but depending on location and parcel size we may also use Evri and Parcelforce. If you have specific requirements or a chosen safeplace, please make these clear in your order notes or contact us using our contact page. 

For all returns, you must contact us using our contact page or by emailing talkmayandfairfax@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. We do not cover the cost of returns.
