Scalloped edge plate with Criel crest and L’Hotel de Ville building drawing. I believe the swirls and the writing at the bottom are hand finished. The Gothic revival style building featured is a municipal building in Criel, Northern France.
We would use this as a decorative piece, styling it leaning on a shelf or wall mounting it.
